Quizmo provides teachers, schools, and education teams with tools for creating, managing, and delivering classroom quiz games and related learning experiences. By accessing or using Quizmo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• If you use Quizmo on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• Use Quizmo only for lawful educational, administrative, and internal school purposes.
• Do not misuse the platform by interfering with service operation, attempting unauthorized access, or uploading harmful code.
• Do not use Quizmo to store or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

• You retain ownership of the educational content, classroom data, and materials you submit to Quizmo.
• You grant Quizmo a limited license to host, process, and display submitted content solely to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content uploaded to the platform.

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Pricing, feature limits, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase or renewal.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle selected by the customer.

• Quizmo may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
• We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
• Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or third-party outages may affect service availability.

• Quizmo and its platform, design, software, and branding are owned by Quizmo or its licensors.
• These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any Quizmo intellectual property.

• You may stop using Quizmo at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.
• Upon termination, provisions that reasonably should survive will continue to apply, including sections related to ownership, liability, and dispute handling.

• Quizmo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizmo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Quizmo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

• These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your customer agreement or, if none exists, the laws applicable to Quizmo's principal place of business.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
